How ordering works
Open your tournament’s page.
Your tournament will share the link. That page is where you order, and it says when orders close. Reach out to your director if you don’t have it.
Make the card
Upload a photo, pick a design and type the details for the back. The preview comes from the same system that prints the card, so what you see is what prints.
Trade them
Cards come in packs of 18, handed out at the tournament or shipped home where the tournament offers it. At some tournaments the first pack is on the director.

Questions parents ask
How do I order?
From your tournament’s own page: use the link or QR code the tournament gave you. If you can’t find it, ask the tournament director, or write to us.
Where do the cards go?
Most tournaments hand them out at the event. Some offer shipping home. Your tournament’s page says which.
Can I change my order?
Yes, until it goes to print. Sign in at My Cards with the email you ordered with.
What happens to my child’s photo?
It is kept private and used only to make your cards. We never use it as a sample or in advertising unless you give us permission. The photo you upload is deleted once your order no longer needs it; the printed cards’ files, with your player’s photo on them, stay in our records, as our privacy policy explains.
Will you text me?
Only if you ask for texts when you order, or in reply when you text us or use our help form. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.
Something wrong with my cards?
Tell us within 7 days of getting them (for cards handed out at the tournament, from the day the director receives them). If we got something wrong, we’ll put it right.
